Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, accessing, or using CCulture ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 2. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years of age to use CCulture. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. 3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CCulture is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access. 4. USER CONDUCT You agree NOT to: • Post illegal, threatening, harassing, or hateful content • Impersonate any person or entity • Post content promoting illegal vehicle modifications or street racing • Solicit or distribute personal information of other users without consent • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Spam, advertise without authorization, or manipulate platform features • Post content that violates third-party intellectual property rights 5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant CCulture a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for all content you post. 6. COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENTS Paid community and crew memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payments are processed automatically each billing cycle by Apple, Inc. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All subscription billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their terms. CCulture does not process or store payment card information. CCulture reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Missed payments may result in loss of membership access. 7. COMMUNITY OWNER REVENUE SHARE Users who create paid communities ("Owners") receive 60% of the net subscription revenue collected for their community after Apple's applicable platform fee. Payouts are made via Stripe to the Owner's connected bank account. CCulture retains the remaining portion to cover platform operations and services. Owners are responsible for any tax obligations on income received. CCulture does not provide tax or financial advice. 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CCULTURE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CCULTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO CAR MEETS OR CRUISES ORGANIZED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. PARTICIPATION IN ANY REAL-WORLD EVENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. 10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold CCulture, DLA GROUP LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms. 11. MODIFICATIONS CCulture reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 12.
